the amazing argentina is in the past, though it is definitely in the future too! dunno when ill be able to head down there again, but it is such a big must to do again. i fell in love with that country and the people. must admit its sad to have to leave friends behind untill the next time.. again.
hmmm, news.. also brazil is in the past, but in the close future too. i finally found my work prac placement for my international business administration studies from salvador da bahia, brazil, for the needed 5 months. the night before my return flights to buenos aires which ones id planned not to use, i got to know i have to come back to finland to get a work prac visa. so i decided to use my flights and flew back to BA. after all bad available flight dates from the air france, i found new flights from them for the next week, went back to tandil to say byebye & pick up some stuff as if i hadnt had already enough, and took a bus again to buenos aires, then took a bus to iguacu falls (16h) on the argentinean-brazilian boarder, stayed there for a few days looking around (the falls were just amazing!), took another bus to rio de janeiro (24h), stayed there for two and a half days hanging out with an old friend and then flew back to finland. now ive been here already for nearly 4 weeks and am waiting to finally get my visa.. (ive had to wait for a document from brazil and as you may imagine, it can take long..) -to be able to start my prac asap.
even though i wasnt too excited to come back homehome, actually its been a good fun to see my friends again!!! and to be able to do the finnish things. nearly all my family is in oz, so i havent seen them during my stay but i survive, heh. i spent the last week in helsinki hanging out with different friends and their baby kids if one seemed to have any. havent seen many of them for such a long time (even for a longer time than ive been away!) and i really enjoyed seeing them.
ive been very happy for some great family news.. my sis, from sydney, is going to move to finland at least for a year+ with her husband!!! hooray! thats so cool!
so, this is me&my life now. how are yours?
