Jammin´ Out

Can’t remember the last time when ive gone to bed at 10pm, and really gotten a good nite sleep before a work day (or studies). Last nite I had no option as I was pretty dead after three nites out (very little sleep each nite or actually morning). Today, after a 10h of dreaming (oks, have to admit that I woke up at 4am because my throat was hurting. again!!) im feeling good again, and looking forward to having another weekend like this!

The first of the 3 nites out, on Thursday, we went to Novo México to check it out. The last posting is about that...

The Friday-Saturday nite my 2 mates and I spend in a private party at a beach house around 30 min drive away from Salvador with a bunch of my mate's friends. There were 7-ish DJ’s who kept us movin’&movin’ until the sunrise with goo-od music, to mention a few… house, hip-hop, drum n bass. It was also great to get to know more people! And we've got even the same music taste!

On Saturday-Sunday nite there was the SSA BEATS party with various well known DJ’s and MC’s from Brazil and the UK. As a friend of mine guessed, it really ended up being an awesome party. In the matter of a fact, the best party I’ve ever been to… Nice!

And as the icing on the top of a cake, we had 4 amazing and sunny winter days over the weekend. On Sunday, after 2h of sleep, my flatmate, her friends and I headed a bit up the cost to the beach of Stella Mares to enjoy the sunny day. One of the great things about the location of Salvador is that the weather never gets really chilly here. You can enjoy the beaches whenever the sun shows up, or it doesn’t rain, and even when it rains if you’re up to that. It was sweet to get some sun & some color, jump in the waves, watch the surfers catching the waves, and have seafood and to chill out. Nice again!
